If your question is about a booking you have already made — changing a date, cancelling, a pickup point — please contact the tour operator, GetYourGuide or Booking.com directly. We are an independent guide, not a tour operator, a hotel or a government office, and we have no access to your booking. We cannot help with visas, immigration or customs matters.
